Andrew currently serves as the Legal Counsel to the Government, Military & Veterans’ Affairs Committee of the Nebraska Legislature. During law school, he clerked at Gober Hilgers, a boutique litigation firm, and the Nebraska Attorney General’s office. Prior to law school, he was on staff in the Washington, D.C. Office of Congressman Adrian Smith.
Andrew attended law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law. He was the Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review, and was a guest editor on the 2015 symposium edition of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Andrew focused in International Election Law and spent a summer studying at Cambridge University. He graduated with high distinction in 2015.
